ARDOR Contract

Introduction
Terms and Conditions are subject to change, The Terms and Conditions on our website apply to all sales and transactions carried out via e-mail, phone and in our showrooms.
Registration
Registration is required to view product pricing. Only Trade and designers are able to register on the website. Anyone who is not involved in Trade or design will be denied access.
Pricing
Pricing will be provided through the PRICE UPON REQUEST feature on our website, which will direct you to our sales team. A sales team member will generate a quote based on your specific request. Pricing for different fabrics and finishes will also be provided through email or phone conversation with a member of our sales team. Prices may vary based on the final confirmation of products purchased.
Packaging, shipping & installation & installment
Packaging, shipping and installation prices are based on the Ship To address and the destination of the products purchased. Shipping prices are calculated on weight, destination and type of delivery (air or sea). Installation is available only in certain locations; to find out if you are eligible for installation, please contact us.
Lead times
Production lead time is roughly 10 weeks; delivery time is not included. For custom pieces or large orders, ARDOR reserves the right to quote longer lead times.
ARDOR does not take responsibility for any delays in production time due to a problem with the fabrics. Lead time for orders with COM/COL materials starts once the fabric arrives at our factory and is properly identified and inspected.
Lead times are subject to change depending on the time of year and ARDORs production schedule at the time of the order.
Payment terms
Payment in full is required prior to shipment. A 50% deposit may be required for large orders, with the balance due prior to shipment. Payments are required at ARDORs discretion.
Freight policy & damage claims
All transport arranged by ARDOR is insured. If transportation is arranged by ARDOR, fees will be billed separately from the product(s)’ value. Standard shipping quotations include door-to-door, drop off service only. If a different type of service or urgent delivery is required, the customer must clearly request it when placing the order and will be charged accordingly.
All products are carefully inspected and packed prior to shipment. Upon receipt, the receiver shall verify the condition of the package(s) with the carrier and retain all packaging.
ARDOR is not responsible for any damage caused by handling, loading or unloading by anyone acting on behalf of the customer. If the products are damaged in transit, you must immediately notify the delivery carrier with an initial Notification of Intent to file a claim.
Any damage must be communicated to ARDOR within 48 hours of receiving the order. Photographic and video evidence of the damages should be set via email to the ARDOR employee you have been in contact with or via the following email: info@ardorcontract.com. Failure to report concealed damage within 48 hours of receipt may result in the denial of the claim. If proof that damage in the piece(s) was caused by transport is provided and replacement is required, ARDOR will exchange the damaged part(s) within a reasonable amount of time.
Returns
No returns will be permitted without written consent from ARDOR. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the customer’s expense.
Internet policy
Dealer internet websites may neither advertise nor in any way display the ARDOR name, logo, product images or any other branded company symbols or information without prior written consent of the company. Dealer websites may not display any ARDOR pricing, promotional offers, discounts or value statements.
Product
Each ARDOR product is handcrafted. While every effort is made to maintain uniformity, slight variations may occur. ARDOR may undertake any design improvement without notification. Images in our catalogue or on our website may vary from the final product. The brand works every day to enhance the quality of its products’ aesthetics, usability and reliability. ARDOR reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue products or change products specifications. For custom requirements, the ARDOR design team will assess every case individually. If a custom drawing is required there will be a fee applied for the service.
Handmade furniture
All upholstery products can have up to 5 cm / 1,97 inches variation in size due to the nature of ARDOR’s manual production processes.
Samples
ARDOR has samples available for all its standard finishes, for hard case and fabrics. To retain any of these samples, the customer must contact ARDOR.

No part of ARDOR design pieces may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including prototyping, 3D drawings, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of the brand, except noncommercial uses permitted by copyright law.
